I’ve embarked on creating my own potent immune-boosting solutions, alongside essential household items like dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and cleaning solutions, all formulated from natural ingredients. These DIY creations not only bolster our health but also ensure our home remains clean without the use of harsh chemicals.

By making some of these immune-boosting remedies at home and carefully choosing the supplements we buy, I’ve cut down a lot on our spending for health products. Homemade remedies are also better absorbed by our bodies, so we get more out of them.

For example, the elderberry syrup I make at home costs much less than store-bought versions and has no artificial additives. Making my own nutrient-packed smoothies with Ka’Chava is also cheaper and healthier than buying many different supplements.

Before, I used to spend over $80 a month per child on immune-boosting supplements. Now, I’ve reduced that to less than $65 a month per child. This has been a big win for me—I’ve stopped buying multiple supplements because I found better options that give us more nutrients.
